The Atelier Chicoine Guarantee

Atelier Chicoine guarantees you products of exceptional and durable quality.


It is important to Atelier Chicoine that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. This is why, following the sending of your order, you have 30 days to send us an email to the following address: You must indicate in your email if you wish to obtain a refund or an exchange, write your order number and explain the reason for your unsatisfaction. Following the reception of your email, we will communicate with you within 2 to 3 working days with the next steps to follow.

Please note that to obtain a refund or an exchange, the item must meet these 4 requirements:

1. The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. The item must not have been worn.
3. The item must still be in its original packaging.
4. The delay following the shipping date must be less than 30 days inclusive.

Since customer satisfaction is our priority, if the item does not meet one of these 4 requirements, a credit may be issued depending on the reason for the return.


In despite of a strict quality control, it is possible that an item has a manufacturing defect.
In this case, an exchange can be made for the same item. If the item is no longer available, you can choose between another piece of jewelry of equal value or a full refund.

For an exchange, send us an email at the following address: and mention the reason for the exchange. We will contact you within 2 to 3 business days with the next steps to follow.


For hygienic reasons, no returns will be made on earrings, items with textile and unique pieces.


All items in the sale section are final sale. No returns or refunds can be made on these items.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a promo code will be emailed to you.


To return your product, you must mail it to the address mentioned in the return email.
You must pay the shipping costs for the return of your item. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

For exchanges resulting from a product with a manufacturing defect, a return label will be sent to you so that you can return the defective product to us.

We are not responsible for the delivery time of our suppliers. The time required to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location and traffic.

We recommend that you use a tracking service to track your package. If you use Canada Post services, a basic liability coverage of up to $100 is included.

Atelier Chicoine is not responsible for returned items not received.


Procedures for returns

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

After that, we will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 7 business days.
