Return Policy

Please include the following in your email:

  2. The reason for your request.
  3. Whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

We will respond within 2 to 3 business days with the next steps.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must meet these criteria:

  • Be in its original condition.
  • Not have been worn.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of shipment.

If one of these criteria is not met, a store credit may be issued depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

Despite our rigorous quality control, a manufacturing defect may occur. In such cases:

  • You may exchange the item for the same model (subject to availability).
  • If the product is no longer available, you can choose another item of equal value or receive a full refund.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at hello@atelierchicoine.com with the reason for your request. We will guide you through the process within 2 to 3 business days.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, earrings, textile items, and one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items on sale are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the return value. A promo code will be sent to you once the returned item is received and processed.

Return Procedure

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@atelierchicoine.com to obtain the return address and instructions.
  2. Ship the item back at your expense (shipping fees are non-refundable).

For items with manufacturing defects, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Recommendation: Use a tracked shipping service to ensure the security of your package. Atelier Chicoine is not responsible for returned items that are not received.

Return and Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email of its receipt.
  • You will be informed whether your request is approved or denied.
