Please note that order processing times are separate from delivery times.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a new notification when your order has been shipped.

During busy periods such as the holiday season, there may be potential delays in order processing. Also, I am not responsible for delays related to postal services.

National delivery (Canada)

Expedited shipping within Canada* is free with orders of $150 or more. For orders under $150, the rate for expedited delivery is $14.99. Delivery time is up to 3 business days with a tracking number.

Standard shipping within Canada* is free with orders of $10 or more. For orders under $100, the standard shipping rate is $8.99. Delivery times are up to 9 business days and there is no tracking number with this option.

For Xpress Post delivery, the delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. The rate is $24.99 and there is a tracking number.

*The provinces of Nunavut, Yukon, Newfoundland and the Northwest Territories are excluded from the free national shipping promotion. For these provinces, only standard delivery is offered at a price of $24.99.

The carrier used for national deliveries is Canada Post. Atelier Chicoine is not responsible for potential delays caused by this carrier.
